Air Testing
- Single Family Residential: We use a Continuous Radon Monitor for most testing, and provide the aircheck devices after mitigation at no charge.
- Commercial: After distributing advance notice to occupants, a certified technician positions aircheck devices in all necessary levels and rooms of the property in compliance with DORA standards for multi-family, HUD housing, school & childcare facilities.

After 48 hours of closed conditions, a technician returns to process data & remove equipment.

The 4.0 is the EPA action level for radon but the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines recommends mitigation between 2-4 pCi/L as radon fluctuates over time. In the winter months, levels are higher due to the ground freezing and trapping radon in homes.
